Policies for Hotel Relais Fontana Di Trevi

Cancellations: Cancellation is possible until any time of day 5 days prior to the check-in date without penalty.
A cancellation after that time or a no-show, will incur a penalty of 100% of the reservation total.

All the rates are quoted in €uro and are per room per night; They include buffet breakfast, coffee and tea during the stay, Adsl internet line and WiFi FREE, service and the current applicable VAT, presently at 10%.

- In order to guarantee the reservation we need a credit card details.
- Cancellation policy: If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price
of the reservation will be charged.
For the Junior Suite Fountain View reservations
no cancellation and no refund, payment must be
done in advance, the hotel will charge the total
amount of the stay on your credit card
- During “special periods” high season rates will be applied.
- Special new year or Italian holidays, minimum stays to be determinate, cancellation policy 3 weeks.
- Up to one child less than 3 years of age can stay free of charge in a room occupied by the parents, using existing bedding.
- One rollaway bed or baby cot is free of charge. If a second rollaway bed/baby cot is required, a charge of 40 euro p.d. will apply. This is however strictly subject to space availability in the guestroom concerned.
- Breakfast (for up to one child less than 3 years of age) is included, free of charge, when dining with parents.

Directions to Hotel Relais Fontana Di Trevi

The Relais is easily reachable from any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, reachable by all highways, following the indications to Roma centro. It is forbidden to enter by car in the area in front of the Trevi Fountain where the property is located, so guests can park their car in two private car parks nearby Parcheggio Ludovisi on Via Ludovisi or Villa Borghese with the entrance from Viale del Muro Torto.
From the Termini railway station take the underground line A, direction Battistini and get off at the Barberini stop or Spagna. The Relais is 3 minutes away on foot.
Alternatively, from Termini train station, take the bus n.175 and get off at the second stop in via del Tritone.
By airplane
The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for Termini station.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.
